Max Simnitt joined EIV Capital in 2017 and currently serves as the director of operations and development. His experience in engineering, construction and operations provides unique insight on the investment team when evaluating opportunities and supporting portfolio companies.

Prior to EIV Capital, Max served as a management consultant to public and private equity companies in the midstream oil and gas industry for three years. He has 10 years of private equity experience as the director of operations and projects for Prometheus Energy Group and as project manager for Bobcat Gas Storage. He has 20 years of experience in downstream EPC project execution for Jacobs Engineering, Wood Group Mustang and Litwin Engineers & Constructors.

Max earned his B.S. in building construction from Texas A&M University. He is active in the student ministry of his church and enjoys hunting and fishing.
