Alisha Adatia joined EIV Capital in 2017 and currently serves as a director. She is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, structuring, executing and monitoring the firm’s investments.

Prior to EIV Capital, Alisha worked as an investment banking associate and vice president in Wells Fargo Securities Energy & Power Group, where she focused on the midstream and upstream sectors of the oil and gas industry. She also focused on mergers and acquisitions, debt, and equity engagements for privately held and publicly traded organizations. Prior to Wells Fargo, Alisha worked as a powertrain engineer for Toyota Motor Europe’s research and development group.

Alisha earned her B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Waterloo, M.S. in automotive engineering from Cranfield University, and M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University.
