Andrew Sall joined EIV Capital in 2026 and currently serves as an associate. His responsibilities include due diligence on prospective investments, transaction structuring and execution, portfolio company monitoring and general industry research.

Prior to joining EIV Capital, Andrew served as an investment banking analyst at TPH&Co., where he focused on M&A and capital markets transactions across the upstream, midstream and energy services sectors.

Andrew earned a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin, where he was a member of the Canfield Business Honors Program, with a minor in Business and Public Policy.
