Britton Hatcher joined EIV Capital in 2024 and currently serves as senior associate of tax. He contributes to EIV’s tax planning and reporting. 

Prior to EIV Capital, Britton served as a transaction tax senior at Ernst & Young and brings over 5 years of experience in public accounting focused on M&A transactions, tax planning, and reporting. Britton’s career has been focused on a range of asset management industries including hedge funds, private equity funds, and private equity backed portfolio companies with varying structures and varying sectors including upstream, midstream, oil & gas, entertainment, and real estate. 

Britton earned his B.B.A. in Accounting and Master of Taxation from Baylor University and is a Certified Public Accountant with the state of Texas.
