Carolyn Cooper joined EIV Capital in 2024 and currently serves as an associate.  Her responsibilities include due diligence on prospective investments, transaction structuring and execution, portfolio company monitoring and general industry research. 

Prior to joining EIV Capital, Carolyn served as an investment banking analyst in RBC Capital Market’s Energy Group, where she predominantly focused on mergers, acquisitions and capital market transactions for companies involved in the midstream and upstream sectors of the oil and gas industry. 

Carolyn earned her B.B.A. in Finance and graduated summa cum laude from Auburn University.
