Christian Pivarnik joined EIV Capital in 2026 and currently serves as an associate. His responsibilities include due diligence on prospective investments, transaction structuring and execution, portfolio company monitoring and general industry research.

Prior to joining EIV Capital, Christian served as an investment banking analyst in J.P. Morgan’s Global Natural Resources Group, where he focused on mergers, acquisitions and capital markets transactions in the upstream and midstream sectors of the oil and gas industry.

Christian earned his B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University.
