Jennifer Gottschalk joined EIV Capital in 2009 and currently serves as a partner and member of the firm’s Investment Committee.  Her engineering background and operational experience is a complement to the financial expertise within the firm. She evaluates opportunities, stewards the deals she leads, and assists across the portfolio with technical and operational expertise.

Prior to joining EIV Capital, Jennifer was an investor, owner and executive in several successful entrepreneurial energy companies involving the natural gas, crude oil and refined products sectors of the energy industry, including leading a portfolio investment in the first EIV Capital fund. Her early career was with Accenture culminating as an associate partner, where she consulted energy companies in the upstream, midstream, downstream and petrochemical sectors, domestically and internationally.  Jennifer enjoys working with other entrepreneurs to help them realize their vision.

Jennifer earned her B.S. in mechanical engineering and B.A. in the Plan II liberal arts honors program at the University of Texas.  In her time away from the office, Jennifer devotes time to family, non-profit service and travel.
