Kevin Hagenlocher joined EIV Capital in 2026 and currently serves as manager of financial planning and analysis at EIV Resources.

Prior to joining EIV Capital, Kevin was managing the FP&A group at JERA Americas, where he was responsible for corporate budgeting, management reporting, and performance analysis across thermal, fuels, and renewables, and upstream segments. Prior to that, Kevin worked in finance at Layne Water Midstream and began his career at Apache Corporation as an analyst in treasury, credit, and finance.

Kevin earned his B.A. in business administration and economics and minored in music at Principia College. He currently serves as a board member and treasurer for The Branch School in Houston.
