Kristin Kelly joined EIV Capital in 2026 and currently serves as partner.  She is focused on EIV Resources and is responsible for investment evaluation, business development, and commercial diligence while advising on the firm’s growth initiatives.

Prior to joining EIV Capital, Kristin was a Managing Director at EIG, where she most recently served as Head of Traditional Energy – Americas, leading the firm’s North American upstream investment strategy.  During her tenure at EIG, Kristin worked on credit, structured equity and common equity investments and served as a board member for several portfolio companies.   Prior to joining EIG, Kristin worked at Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co., where she was a Vice President in the firm’s private equity business, TPH Partners, focused on all aspects of the investment process across the upstream, midstream and oil field services sectors. She began her career in the firm’s investment banking group, focused on strategic advisory assignments and M&A transactions.

Kristin received her B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University.
