Lance Terveen joined EIV Capital in 2026 and currently serves as a Partner. He brings more than two decades of deep expertise in natural gas marketing, residue gas optimization, and midstream infrastructure, with additional experience across NGL and crude markets. He currently supports investment evaluation, business development and commercial diligence—primarily in gas-related midstream and processing, while also advising the investment team on post-close value creation.

Prior to joining EIV, Lance served as Senior Vice President of Marketing & Midstream at EOG Resources, Inc., where he led the company’s enterprise‑wide marketing, midstream strategy, and commercial activities. In this role, he oversaw crude oil, NGL, and residue natural gas sales and supported EOG’s multi‑basin development through optimized takeaway capacity and developing new markets into LNG, crude oil and LPG exports. During his tenure at EOG, Lance held progressively senior marketing and midstream roles across all operating areas and played key roles in major corporate and asset transactions, as well as several large‑scale midstream buildouts. He also led the development and execution of significant greenfield projects, including processing and long‑haul pipeline infrastructure, and contributed to initiatives involving power, micro‑grid evaluation, and carbon capture.

Mr. Terveen holds a B.B.A. in Finance & Economics from Hardin‑Simmons University and an M.B.A. from Oklahoma City University.
