Mary McMullen joined EIV Capital in 2023 and currently serves as senior associate of finance.  She contributes to EIV’s financial reporting, audit, compliance, investment oversight, and investor/fundraising support functions.

Prior to EIV Capital, Mary served as a senior associate in the assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mary’s background in auditing asset management portfolios includes private equity funds, mutual funds, and fund of funds with varying structures and investment strategies—notably across upstream, midstream, and energy transition sectors.

Mary earned her B.B.A. of Business Administration in Accounting, summa cum laude, and MAcc from Auburn University and is a Certified Public Accountant.  She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
