Michael Gerber joined EIV Capital in 2022 and currently serves as an associate.  His responsibilities include due diligence on prospective investments, transaction structuring and execution, portfolio company monitoring and general industry research.

Prior to joining EIV Capital, Michael served as an investment banking analyst in Guggenheim Partners’ Energy Group, where he focused on the upstream, midstream, oilfield services, and energy transition sectors of the energy market. During his time at Guggenheim, he worked on several mergers and acquisitions and assisted with debt and equity raises for both privately held and publicly traded organizations.

Michael earned his B.B.A. in finance and graduated summa cum laude from Texas Christian University.
