Michael joined EIV Capital in 2026 and currently serves as chief financial officer of EIV Resources.

Prior to joining EIV Capital, Michael served as the vice president of finance for Terra Energy Partners, where he was responsible for corporate budgeting, acquisition evaluation, treasury, risk management, and managing capital provider relationships. Before joining Terra Energy Partners, Michael served as director of equity research for Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co., where he covered the exploration and production sector. Michael previously gained valuable energy private equity investing experience as an associate at Quantum Energy Partners and began his career as an investment banking analyst in Credit Suisse’s oil and gas group.

Michael earned his B.B.A. in finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
