Mo Bawa joined EIV Capital in 2026 and currently serves as Partner.

Prior to joining EIV Capital, Mo served as Managing Partner at ACON Investments where he was responsible for all phases of middle market private equity investments primarily focused on the energy, infrastructure and related services sectors. In addition, Mo has previously held private principal investment and capital advisory roles at Constellation Commodities Group, Enron Capital & Trade, and Banc of America Securities.

Mo earned his B.A. in Economics, Management, and Public Policy from Rice University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Strategy from The Anderson School at UCLA.
