Ryan Littlefield joined EIV Capital in 2026 and currently serves as an associate. His responsibilities include operational and commercial due diligence on prospective investments, deal structuring and execution, and working with portfolio companies to maximize value from operations.

Prior to joining EIV Capital, Ryan spent several years at Occidental Petroleum (“Oxy”) covering both drilling and facilities engineering, where he delivered capital efficient wells and facilities for Oxy’s EOR and Unconventional assets in the Permian Basin. He then pursued a series of entrepreneurial ventures, including serving as CEO of 3CEnergy and serving as CFO and General Manager of PG Heating & Cooling. Ryan returned to Oxy in 2025 as an engineering manager, where he led the design of surface facilities for the company’s first commercial-scale unconventional EOR projects in the Permian and DJ basins.

Ryan earned his MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and a B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania (“UPenn”) where he was a four-year varsity swimmer. Ryan continues to serve on the board of the UPenn Swim Team.
