Ryan Wagner joined EIV Capital in 2026 and currently serves as senior associate of tax. He contributes to EIV’s tax planning, compliance, and reporting.

Prior to joining EIV Capital, Ryan served as a tax senior at KPMG, where he provided client services in partnership taxation, tax planning, research, reporting, and tax advisory services. Ryan’s experience includes working with clients across private equity portfolio companies, investment management, family offices, oil & gas, and renewable energy.

Ryan earned his B.B.A. in Accounting and Masters of Taxation from Baylor University.
