Stacey Sweet

Land Administration Manager, EIV Resources

Stacey Sweet joined EIV Capital in 2023 and currently serves as Land Administration Manager of EIV Resources.  She is responsible for managing the land administration functions of the firm’s upstream energy investments.

Stacey has 21 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry, primarily in land administration roles working in major energy plays across the continental U.S.  Prior to joining EIV Resources, she worked at Earthstone Energy as a Senior Production Analyst reconciling production volumes for all asset areas.  Prior to Earthstone Energy, Stacey was the Land Administration Manager and a founding member of the land division, alongside Will Wilhite (Vice President of Land and Business Development) at Independence Resources Management, where she established the lease records and division orders department, assisted in due diligence efforts and managed owner relations.  Prior to her tenure at Independence Resources, Stacey worked for Southwestern Energy Company, initially as a Lease Records analyst and, subsequently, as the lease records subject matter expert for a company-wide system conversion, which included Tobin Enterprise Land (P2 Land).  While with Southwestern Energy Company, Stacey also worked as a Staff Land Analyst on the Marcellus team and as a Business Analyst on the Corporate Land team. Stacey also held previous roles at Sunoco Logistics and Murex Petroleum.

Stacey earned her B.B.A. in Human Resources Management from Sam Houston State University.
