Will Long joined EIV Capital in 2026 and currently serves as associate for EIV Resources. His responsibilities include due diligence on prospective investments, transaction structuring and execution, monitoring the firm’s upstream investments for EIV Resources.

Prior to joining EIV Resources, Will worked as an associate in the Gas Infrastructure business unit of NextEra Energy Resources where he focused on asset-level acquisitions in the upstream sector.

Will earned a B.B.A in Finance from Georgia State University.
