Will Wilhite joined EIV Capital in 2022 and currently serves as vice president of land and business development for EIV Resources.  He is responsible for sourcing opportunities and managing the land functions of the firm’s upstream energy investments.

Prior to joining EIV Resources, Will served as the vice president of land and business development at ARM Resource Partners, LLC where he led the company’s land, land administration, and business development functions with responsibilities including contract negotiations, due diligence, regulatory compliance, partner relations, and asset integration.  He has held previous leadership roles at Independence Resources Management, Key Energy Services, Sheridan Production Company, and Red Willow Production Company.  During this time, he oversaw the acquisition of over $3.0B in upstream oil and gas assets and managed sizeable operated and non-operated development programs.

Will earned his B.B.A. in Energy Commerce and Petroleum Land Management from Texas Tech University.
